OSSAA INFORMATION AND COMPLIANCE

The Durant Independent School District Athletic programs compete in Class 5A of the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association. OSSAA is the governing body that oversees rules, regulations, and information regarding school competitive activities in the state of Oklahoma.Prior to participation in an athletic activity, a student and the student’s parent or guardian must complete the following forms including a Physical Examination and Parent Consent form, Eligibility Record, Concussion and Head Injury acknowledgement, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest acknowledgement, per OSSAA and the State Department of Education.
